I would like text in my display to highlight “RED” if the text = open.

I have managed this using:

[Status]=Open

However, is it possible to make this work only for certain views?

Hi @Nick_Parsons1, Format rules work at column levels.

if you have read only views for the same column, then you may wish to use a virtual column with app formula as [Status] and use that column in read only views.

In short, a real status column

in editable views and a virtual status column

in read only views with different format rules, as desired.
