I’d like to make and action or combination of actions that will add a row to a table and record the current values in each of three columns every time another action is used on that table (well, actually, I want to eventually trigger the action from another view, using a reference action).
I know how to group actions but I can’t figure out how to add new records in the background.
I tried using “App: Add a new row” but that calls up a form to input the data manually.
All of the values I want recorded are inside the tables already (or values like the date and time) so I want to add the new row and the current values in the background.
Can that be done?
