If my company changes domain name, will I be able to access my account and application? or transfer my app to my new account?

You will probably have to create a new AppSheet account. We will be able to transfer an app to the new account. But the underlying sheets will not move. So the important thing is to make sure you have a plan to move your sheets to the new account first.
