I´m Working with this Formula:
IFS(
( [Monthly Rent] <= 100 ), 35,
( [Monthly Rent] > 100) and ([Monthly Rent] <= 300), 495,
( [Monthly Rent] > 300), 995,
TRUE, “Verify Rent Amount”
)
But the “and” is ignored by appsheet formula editor and doesn´t consider values >300.
Thanks for the comment…!!
Final solution …Thanks !!!
IFS(
AND(
([cobertura] = “Esencial”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 10000)),3500,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Premium”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 10000)),4950,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Diamante”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 10000)),9950,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Esencial”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 10000),([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 30000)),4200,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Premium”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 10000),([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 30000)),5950,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Diamante”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 10000),([Importe Renta Mensual] <= 30000)),11700,
AND(
([cobertura] = “Esencial”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 30000)),([Importe Renta Mensual]*(0.14)),
AND(
([cobertura] = “Premium”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 30000)),([Importe Renta Mensual]*(0.20)),
AND(
([cobertura] = “Diamante”),
([Importe Renta Mensual] > 30000)),([Importe Renta Mensual]*(0.39)),
TRUE, 0
)
Debes de usar 2 AND
and ([Monthly Rent] <= 300),and( 495,
( [Monthly Rent] > 300)),
