I’m fairly new to app sheet.

I have a spread sheet that people will populate using the app.

I have a column that’s listed as “Spot Check” with that can be answered via a

yes or no button however I only want the yes or no button to appear every 6 lines.

I have been messing with the show_if expression however have been unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

I have tried listing the actual column numbers in the show_if field of the columns that I want displayed.

My spreadsheet only consists of 26 lines so I only have to show the Yes or No buttons 4 times. For instance,[_RowNumber]=6, [_RowNumber]=12, [_RowNumber]=18, [_RowNumber]=24

I believe when you are talking about the “every 6 lines”, you are meaning “lines” on your form view, correct?

Yes correct, sorry for the confusion.

Instead of using [_RowNumber] you could just hide those fields with a simple expression FALSE (With Show?).
