I’m having a problem with my application, it was prototype and it was blocked by 11 users. I changed the STANDARD plan to PUBLISHER and I still have the same blocked application problem. Can someone help me?

We have the limit 10 for the prototype testing and when you go over it, it will start to warning you and you should do something about it. Because your account is calculating users from the past 30 days your acount won’t be in balance. What is your account ID? I could check your account.

I checked your account and it’s not showing any warnings… so I believe the problem is solved when you changed the subscription plan. Normally it takes about 20…30 minutes for the update.
