I’m just getting back into App Sheet . Can anyone please tell me if you can create sub menus options ?

No, not in the hamburger menu. You can achieve a sort of drill down menu in the main window using the LINKTOVIEW() formula if that works for you.

Yes you can do that. You can create submenus if you group table views or you can create your own menu structure with different tables.

A brief comment— menus with sub-menus are more of a desktop/web UI paradigm, but usually not a good mobile app paradigm. Would encourage you to keep the app simple and focused with relatively few options. You can always create multiple apps with an app launcher.
