Image field shutting down my white labeled app: getting 404: Page not Found error

Pretty simple app i just recently white labeled and I’m testing now. Right off the bat, the image field is not working. After prompting the user to authorize access to the camera, tapping the image icon to submit a picture in the field directs the user straight to the AppSheet 404: Page not found.

This function works fine in my non-white labeled deployed version. Not sure where to start to troubleshoot this. Ideas?
