I have a client still suffering from image links vs the actual image in the email body and PDF document for over 4 weeks now.
I’ve been working with 3-4 AppSheet reps during this time but no resolution or dependable workarounds. Our client is dependent on these notices coming from the field and have had to completely change their processes as a result.
Is there anything out there anyone has implemented that can give them some relief?
We were first on System Default, switched to Mandrill for a bit and now Mandrill is getting worse.
Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved on System Default? Sent an email a few hours ago to support but no response yet.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone
