Image Path Missing

Hi All,

Does anyone have this issue? I have one image that is a required field for all my records. The user cannot save without an image. However when the user synchronises at the end of the day, for some records the image path in the database table is ‘null’ but the picture appears in dropbox. In some cases no picture and no path. The number of cases where this is happening is on the increase. Any help would be appreciated.

The response was that there was an issue which was fixed in an update. I had to wait about a week for the “fix”. Unfortunately its not 100% I still lose about 8% of my images. I have to manually reconnect them using a database script. Once I apply the script it manages to reduce the missing images to about 4%

Its really strange behaviour as images will upload to dropbox, but image path is missing. With regards to actually missing images (despite image being required), its still a mystery.
