Import data to a new Table

Is there a way we can populate a new blank table with selected columns from other table already with existing data?

If you only need to do this one time, you might:

1. Export the data from the first table to a CSV file.
2. Update the CSV file to eliminate the columns you do not want to import.
3. Import the date from the CSV into the second table.
