In Views or Slices, possibility to add all columns at once and to insert a column

Hi,

When a new table view is created, it’s only possible to select all other columns.
But in some cases, with app of hundred of columns, it would be very handy to add all columns at once and then delete the one not needed. Also, if the order of column should be changed, it would be nice to be able to insert it where I want instead of adding at the last place and then drag it all the way to the wanted place. This applies also when a new Slice is created.
This was discussed yesterday with Stefan Quartemont and he said he would be very happy with this too
