Indirect Parameter Evaluation

I would like to be able to use indirect evaluation.
Where I store an expression as a string to be found and evaluated in evaluated expressions.

Template[To]="[Key].[Email]"
initial_expression=eval(Template[To])

I dont understand your use case of such features.
But we are able to change the expression which is actually used dynamically, using IF, SWITCH expression.
For instance, IF conditions meet, then A expression, else B expression etc.
