Information will not update

I have a question related to data that will not update itself.

I have 3 main tables :

Clients

Vehicle

Inspection

The goal of our appsheet is to inspect vehicles that come into our collision center.

The vehicle is related to Client and Inspection is related to Vehicle.

When I create a new inspection, I added some dereference that will show the customer info and vehicle info into the inspection itself, because once it is completed, it sends a PDF report, and it is easier to contact the customer directly. However, when there’s a mistake in the name or vehicle year, it will update itself in the client table and vehicle table, but will not change the result in the inspection.

Little update, nobody have an idea why it would do that?
