Initial value in a specific form

Hi,
I’m a new AppSheet user, and I really like it !!!
But I can’t solve this problem.

I’d like to set a column (enum) to a specific value in a specific form and to an other value in an other one???
I tried to create a formula with linktoform() in the data column but without a great result.
Could someone help with a 101 explanation?
