Inline Table Scroll Bar Issue

So across all of my applications my inline tables within a detail view show a scroll bar at the right hand side. In some cases this scroll bar does not even scroll and in other cases the scroll bar does scroll but only enough to show the bottom border of the table row, so approximately 2-3 pixels maybe.

Anyone else experiencing this?
