Inline View Does Not Load

I have an inline view that’s inside a detail view. Until recently, the inline view does not load all of the results. At first I thought it was due to a slow computer or slow internet, but unfortunately, I do not think this is the case. It will load the group names but none of the results under the group. Any advice?

Thank you for your confirmation, Steve! I’ve worked around by cloning this view to use in non-inline context and disable Group By for the one that is used as inline view.
