Inserting pivot table in google sheet into appsheet

Dear appsheet team,

Background:
I could not limit the number of columns that are imported into appsheet. So I tried to pivot the big table into a smaller table.

Question:
Is there a reason why appsheet cannot import the pivot table? It says table is empty. Is there a workaround?
