I have a client struggling with AppSheet install on iOS - Android has been no problem. Its requiring a sign on when it’s a public app. I thought maybe the login was outside of AppSheet but he’s clear on the sign in being AppSheet. The issue is the 9.3.5 and 13.3.1 IOS versions.

Offline/Sync:
Sync on Start = ON
Offline Use= The can start when offline=ON

Any ideas?
