Is it possible to change the Access account being used for my app?

Im looking at sharing a “demo app”, and would like to set the access account to READONLY (similar to how AppSheets does theirs). People can see and make changes to the app, but it wont sync them.

So, I’ve created a new google email that I can restrict the access to the datasource to readonly, but I cant seem to figure out how to switch accounts.

Maybe as simple as putting that App in your App Portfolio, I think, maybe.
