Is it possible to combine two apps that are based on the same spreadsheet?

I’ve created two apps. One is for users to capture and input information. The other is for “managers” to view all of the data on dashboard views. I build both before I learned how to filter, context and slice all the data. Both apps point to the same spreadsheet and tables. Is there anyway to copy and paste all the views from one to the other? Or do I just have to recreate?

There is no easy way to merge apps. You’ll have to recreate all the missing components.
