Is it possible to create an action that references a column in another table?

Trying to cross tables so I don’t have to add additional columns.

Cross-table behavior is still a thing AppSheet needs to improve at.

Adding records wont work. At the moment you are only able to edit existing records via a either an action of the type: “execute an action on a set of rows” or use a workflow rule of the type: “Data Change”
