Is it possible to have a confirmation message for a form so when the user saves it prompts them to review info before saving?

I’ve looked everywhere and don’t see anything.

Unfortunate that’s not possible at this moment. The only workaround I could think of is a Show field (last column). If the form is not very long, you could combine all answers or what ever they are with the CONCATENATE expression and when every fields are filled, hide those and show only this “confirmation” field. When they have checked that, they can save the record.
