Is it possible to rotate images that have been taken in an app?

We are finding this a real problem with people taking the image incorrectly.

Would anyone have any idea of the best way of informing the user to take the picture correctly, has anyone else had this issue where images taken are not the correct rotation? It makes the records look more unprofessional having to tilt your head to view…The rotate image option would be so much better…
