It’s never gone down before, to my knowledge, so I don’t know what the reporting/support service says. That’s my bad, anyone know if there is a ‘service down’ reporting process?

Due to abnormally high load on one of our EU servers some users in that region experienced an service outage.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause, but the issue is currently resolved.

it was perfectly fine up until about 7.45 am bst.

Its down in both my UK and Holland offices.

I have no reports of it being up anywhere yet and have seen no response anywhere from appsheet.
