Is there a way for us to have Lat/Long deliver a result with a greater accuracy than 10 meters?

No matter how long it takes - 30

seconds, 5 seconds, 3 seconds - it never reports an accuracy greater than that.

Its not the hardware, because other GPS apps are returning better results.

If you use GPS in maps you’ll see your location start out as a large circle which narrows over time as the phone gets better accuracy about your location.

When you press the location button the app starts that process and end it when you hit that documented 10m accuracy.
