Is there a way to create a record in a table upon first login?

Hello, I’m looking to have a record automatically created into a table upon first open for a public app. We have a community app and looking to track the number of visitors. When user first opens the app they’ll see a detail view with deck view of their menu options.

How about a form view which is triggered with the UX > Options > Starting view?

Another way coud be a view counter. If you have the Deck view as a starting view, you could record how many times those views are triggered from the Deck view.
