Is there a way to edit what data is shown in the day view of the Calendar?

It depends what column you are using as a Description.

Hi Aleksi. Yes it is displaying the column in description. I suppose what I really want to do is have more than just one piece of information there.

Example the ID number as shown and the person assigned to the calendar event. The colors help but it would be nice to have more data be listed there.

I hope that makes sense.

Create an additional column and merge two or more columns together and then use that one for the desription.
