Workflows are not visible to the users, so might I ask what the purpose of this would be?

i have a workflow rule that auto generates a text to our customers. I would like for it to have an icon - for example:
โ€œYour generator is now ready. Thank you for choosing Tiger โ€

OH gotcha. They use twilio for the sending of text messages so I would believe this would be limited by twilios abilities. Twilio does say that they can depending on the carrier of the user receiving the text so.

(not a twilio/sms expert so I canโ€™t explain how to use them with it)
