Is there a way to show certain fields on certain forms but not others?

For example I have an area that needs to be signed off so at the moment when someone creates a new area they also see the signature

and name field which is not appropriate at that point.

You can check the status with the IN([KeyColumn],TableName[KeyColumn]). If it’s TRUE, you are editing the existing record and vice versa. Use this expression with Show_If option.

If you want to show/hide different fields on your form, you can check with that formula are you filling the new form or editing an existing record.
