Is there a way upon the user saving a form, to generate a pdf from a template and add it automatically to a specific column in a table? (I can create a pdf to attach in email, but i would like to save it in a column) Is it possible to immediatly open it for the user it to view? Thanks Yossi

- I will show him the document before emailing it. 2. To store it for future reference in the table
Today I create an email with the document attached and email it (using Workflow)
Create a virtual column with this formula… CONCATENATE(“https://www.appsheet.com/template/gettablefileurl?appName=",“YourAppName-YourAccountIDnumber”,"&tableName=",“YourTableName”,"&fileName=”,[PdfColumnName])
@Aleksi_Alkio, who is [PdfColumnName], if the name of the file is unknown, and is generated with timestamp, when our workflow is executed!
My mistake, I misread the original request. I was thinking the file column, not the workflow. Sorry.
