Is there any way to get section headers in detail view?

I have three section headers for a form.

I want them to be displayed when I’m viewing ‘detail’ view of the form’s records. But the headers don’t happen to show up there.

Is there any way?

UX -> Options -> Detail View

Check ‘Include Show columns in detail views’ to ‘ON’.
