Is there any where to add dummy lable to my form? My form consisg from a lot of columns and i want to add dummy lable for category. Any method? Thanks

You can do this by adding a virtual column using the CONCATENATE function to combine multiple fields as you choose.

After you save, you can change the label to the new column.

I believe you are looking for a header to form view. You can add a empty column into your spreadsheet and then set the column type to Show/Section_Header. Another way is a virtual column with a same way.
