Is this scenario possible with AppSheet?

I have need for the following apps:

#1: log receive of raw materials
#2: log raw materials used in daily production
#3: Scan bar code of finished product to add into inventory. We have 10 different items we scan into inventory
#4: Scan bar code of finished product to track sales. Update inventory available after the sale.
#5: Track factory cleaning events for multiple items and machines
#6: Track maintenance events for multiple pieces of equipment

All these would function from separate Google Sheets. Different people would need to access the apps.

Can all of these apps be made within a single AppSheet member account?

Not necessarily, you can link multiples app in a app. [from App deeplink or importing the sheet from the other app]

I think is better to have one app maker, but i think its possible.

Seems you will need Pro feature to make your app. [10$/month/users ]

From my point of view, you want :
App 1 : Inventory
App 2 : Production [with update the first app ]
App 3 : Maintenance tracking [with update to App 1 and 2 ]

Yes, let me explain :

Exemple, you create 3 App, you can add the same user on the 3 and pay just for one License. [ as long as those 3 app belongs to the same account creator]
