Sending SMS from a Workflow Rule or Scheduled Report

A Workflow Rule can send an SMS when data changes. A Scheduled Report can send an SMS on a schedule you specify.

I search my ISO from my Country, and i found it… ISO 3166-2:MX

I copied and paste the ISO to the emptycamp and:
Workflow rule ‘Notificación del Estado de las Cotizaciones’ specifies an invalid CountryCode value of ‘ISO 3166-2:MX’.MORE INFO

What is my problem? if i put the iso “correctly”
