Hi, I’m not sure where I’ve made a mistake as I really can’t seem to find where to find the root cause of the error, but some users keep encountering this error after they’ve pressed the ‘sync’ button:
‘Unable to add/edit/delete row in table ‘xx’. → File not found’.
I’ve already changed the source path for uploaded files. I’ve also asked users to clear their browsing history and cache, wait for the sync to finish, and use another browser but some users are still encountering this issue. Could anyone give insight into how to fix this issue?
