Issue with photos and their storage - Smartsheet based app

Hi,
I am facing an issue with photos taken from an Appsheet app based on a Smartsheet sheet. I have a few image columns and it usually works fine, but this time one of my coworker took pictures that only appears on his tablet. I checked on the Smartsheet sheet and this is what I can see :

I also receive a file by email with the automation system and instead of pictures, it shows me links which do not work. The error message on the navigator is “ERROR 9404: Could not fetch the image — the server returned HTTP error 404 Not Found”, which makes sense as the picture is not stored on the database.

How can I fix this ? The column type of the smartsheet sheet is Text/Number, and I have no clue why the images have not been sent to the database.

Yeah, that looks like a bug: you should never see gs: URLs. Please contact support@appsheet.com for help with this.
