Issue with UX Views Editing -CARDs_

I cant edit or remove any VIEWS in my UX is they are set to view as CARDs. Any fixes?

What happens when you try?

Can you provide a screenshot of any error message? And/or of an afflicted view configuration?

They wont let me embed a screenshot in the reply.

The area where I would edit or delete the view simply goes blank.
