IT Asset Register table relationships

Hi All

I am building an IT Asset Register, but seem to be struggling some what

with this register, i want users, equipment, and who the equipment is registered to. this is simple enough in normal circumstances, IE a table for users, a table for Equipment, and a table for Deployment

but unfortunately, there are different types of equipment, ie laptops, desktops, Monitors, etc

bundling all the equipments into one table is not ideal. as i want to a detailed description of each item. IE Make, Model, Screen size, Processor, RAM, S/N etc

Not All Equipment will have “RAM” or a “Screen”

So i have created a table for each type of equipment with their relevant characteristics

my question is

1. what is the best way to create relationships for the method
