Iv turned two url fields to clickable action buttons successfully.

But how do i remove the two url links? they are no longer clickable and serve no functional purpose.

You can mark them as hidden columns (in the Data -> Column Structure tab) or just exclude them from the Details/Slideshow view definition

The buttons correspond to actions. So they should show

How did you use url field type to trigger an action?

There’s an action called “External: go to a website”, just point it at the [url column]

Can I create an url to launch the action below?

I want to be able to create a link to launch that action instead of using its default icon. The reason is that I would like to have the link at the bottom of the page instead of the top.

Ok, so this has nothing to do with a url.

Sounds like you should set your action to “inline” Appearance, and attach it to a column that is placed on your page (detail view) at the bottom.
