I’ve been away from AppSheet for a little while and forget how to do something very basic (that I’ve done before).

I have an app that I’m using to track registrations for training courses. I can’t figure out how to show the list of courses (as the default view) and then click on a course to add someone to it.

For example, if I have Confined Space, Emergency First Aid, and Fall Protection in the course list and someone calls to book a seat in Confined Space, I want to click on that course from the full course list and add a new participant (and fill out other new fields as well).

Right now, I have the course list set as an enum, but that isn’t working. I can select the course from the dropdown but the main view is blank (until I add someone to a course). How can I get the full list of courses to show up, even if there’s no one registered?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Change from drop down list to buttons maybe?

You need to create an additional related table for participants. Then you are able to add as many as you need for one event.
