I’ve been using an app for several months and suddenly 2 days ago my data from a slice is no longer appearing.

I can see it when I view data in the slice, but not in the app at all.

I haven’t made any changes to the app and I am not getting any error messages.

Any suggestions?

What you mean by “not in the app at all”?

Nothing shows up in the view at all.

So I should see a list of event bookings, but it is completely blank in the app.

It is on the google sheet and I can see it in the data view of the slice, but no longer appears in the app view.

What is your account ID and the app name? I can check the app quickly if it’s okay for you.

I checked the Shecadde Ops and it seems to working normally. Is this the correct app and is it working correctly?

The upcoming bookings view does not show any data.

What was the issue?

(So I’ll know if it happens again…)

I believe it was a browser issue because I have checked the app with few browsers and the app is showing the data always. I couldn’t find anything from the app either.
