I’ve built a CRM tool, But I’m looking for a way to generate a report that tracks the number of calls, each time I call with in the app, and the number of time’s I’ve spoke with a DM. Also is there a way to color code each new lead so I know cold, warm or hot?

I’m not sure how best to track the calls. It is one thing to know if you click the call action. But that doesn’t mean the call went thru or that you actually spoke with the person. Maybe you can explicitly record it afterward in the app along with some notes? Format Rules: The Essentials help.appsheet.com
