Just started getting new notifications

I don’t have a workflow set up for this. Any idea what could be sending this type of a notification?

Yes. Multiple emails.

Was confused: “notification” is a thing, so though that’s what you were referring to, but this is email.

The email you’re getting appears to be the default email content when an email workflow is setup. Check to see if you have an extraneous email behavior attached to a workflow.

You are correct. I had started creating a workflow to email when a specific event occured but hadn’t finished it. Thus the default content.
