Hi ,

It sounds that you are trying to change the label of the child table Form and expecting the reference column to show different value.

Please note that for reference columns, the label of the parent table is displayed So if you wish to display values from different column in reference drop down , you need to change the label of the parent table.

In the example below of the same sample app , I have changed the label of the parent table to key column of the parent table Person. As you can see the key values are getting displayed in the dropdown.

Also if you are referring to the displayed name and keys in the highlighted fields below, it still displays the key and person name because these are hardcoded in the sample app in the respective columns

[Selected Person’s Key] has an app formula [Selected Person].[Name]
