Lack of formatting and line breaks in workflow email

This morning I have noticed that my email workflows no longer have and line breaks when they come through to my inbox.

The line breaks are still there in the app editor but they don’t some through on the actual email.

Any ideas thanks?

This appears to be a known issue. Please contact support@appsheet.com for help with this.

Hi Murillo,

I suspect that a recent change I made to help another customer may have introduced this problem.

I can investigate if you provide:

  1. Your account id
  2. The app name
  3. The workflow rule name
  4. Please go to https://www.appsheet.com/account/account#_tab_acctConfig and check the option that enables support access

If you prefer, you can submit a bug and follow these same steps in it.

I am reverting my change which should restore your application to working order.
I am sorry for the regression.
If testing goes well, I hope that we can revert the change when we deploy this afternoon.

The change was deployed in the evening two days ago.
