Link Text for Hyperlink in email and PDF

I’m trying to add an approval link in my PDF’s and Emails. The link works but I’d also like to add link text so it’s not as messy as the full URL. The link text works fine from within the app, however it does not work in the PDF/Email link.

Wondering if anyone has a suggestion on how to remedy.
