Link to google drive keeps asking for access or to change account

I have a link in my app to a google drive folder and when I log in to my appsheet account I grant access to that google drive. However when my users click on the link I display in my app, they are asked to request access or change accounts. Also, this happens inconsistently - directly to files and sometimes it asks. I do have 3 google accounts. What can I do to fix this?

You have to grant each user access, not just AppSheet.
