Hello This is my first time posting a question.

This is probably an easy answer.

I have a document i need a name and signature signoff for, foe each memeber of staff.
I have a table with alll the names on. which is referenced in the signoff section.

What i want is, when a name is added to the signoff section it dissapears as an option in the list of names , so it only leaves a list of names who havent signed yet.
