List type with carriage return item separator

I would like to know if it posisble to use a carriage return as an item separator in list type?

In a column of List type, I do not believe so. The Item Separator property would need to be able to accept a carriage return as the separator and it doesn’t seem to accept it.

Depending on your needs, there are alternatives.

For example, LongText fields do accept carriage returns. You can later use the SPLIT() function to divide the LongText based on position of the carriage return.

What are you trying to accomplish?
